  • Maybe. Pictures taken by a professional photographer are copyrighted. However, we work with photographers and may be able to obtain a copyright release if needed. Images older than 50 years usually are no longer protected by copyright laws. If you're not sure if an image is copyrighted, we can help you find out. We do abide by all copyright laws.
